We are a completely manual service, therefore we can resharpen endmills that are damaged beyond the limits that cnc grinders reject. All cutters are flute ground to remove micro-fracturing, pits and previous coatings. We then OD grind to keep the cutting edge true to the flute. We believe in the continual process improvement method We accomplish this using high speed photography to determine chip flow and adhesion to the cutter and macro photography to evaluate cutting edge wear patterns. Our grinds are now three years in use and have been proven to outperform most new endmills in material removal.
